Start by uploading your image(s). You can do it one at a time if you wish. Alternatively, you can compress your images into a zip file and upload them in a single zip file. Here are a few recommendations to achieve optimal results in your laser engraved product:

images can be in virtually any format (jpg, gif, ai, tiff, png, psd)
images should be minimum 300 dpi
images with high quality will yield high quality results
make sure there is sufficient contrast (eg., do not submit a photo of a white dog against a white background)
if possible, submit minimum 2-3 images. Name them to reflect your order of preference
